i brought my samsung galaxy s6 here for a battery replacement and upon receiving my phone back my pictures,emails and other apps were left open in different locations dating back to 2014. Things that haven't been opened in months and pictures that haven't been viewed in years, Do not give your password for external fixes like battery replacement or screens. Stay in the store if you don't want your personal information taken from you and your private life exposed or get the app in which I luckily had that snaps pictures when certain applications are open or photos are being accessed when fingerprint password isn't used. Free app and can take front view pictures of anyone accessing your phone when they open something that you have added to your list like emails,photos or notes documents you can have your phone automatically take a snap of the person opening anything you put on the list so you can have the face who has done this whether it's a phone repair guy, or a friend snooping through your phone while your in the shower. Don't ever give passwords stay in the store until phone is fixed 100%

I had a phone "fixed" here as my screen was cracked. It cost me $157 and the cheap Chinese screen he ordered for me was broke within two days. He refused to give me back my money and said the screen is not under warranty.
