Walmart Fort Mcmurray Store

I spend 5 minutes around this place and I start grinding my teeth. It even starts in the parking lot before I park. Customers are ruse and have no respect for the store, I would feel bad for them but I feel it's self induced. The staff is always trying to be sneaky and play on their phones, the shelves are never stocked even though the palets are sitting in the aisles ready to be unloaded. I could go on for days; but since I have family that works there I will leave it that... I hear there is new management and they are interested in turning it into a superwalmart. Well I honestly wish you all the best of luck; just be sure to get the right leaders and remember that having respectful staff will make the customers follow suit.

Wal Mart is going out of style, they do not have all the merchandise they use to & Prices have gone up drastically. The Customer service is also very bad there, as none of the staff smile or greet you like they use to when it first opend. None of the Staff ever look happy. I hope they make changes soon as i use to work there years ago at the one in Fort Mcmurray and I hope they bring it back to the way it was. Great Customer Service friendly staff and always Smileing. I still love this store but things need to change .

Got what I needed and was delighted to see the sewing dept.well stocked.so often shelves are bare.

Any one who would say this is a quality location, is obviously from a warn torn country. It has taken steps toward getting better over the last 5 years, but is still horrendous. Customer service counter is terrible and unreliable, 1/2 of the self checkouts are malfunctioning (most of the time). And the location and parking lot are both shite!

For all the money this particular outlet takes in, Walmart should make some improvements that bring the aesthetic appeal of this store up to the same standard of many other stores this company operates across the continent.
