Tank and I love to shop local. It's got some of the most unique selection of items that are more naturally based and a great price on kronch kronch for the pupper.
So awesome they have Earth Island Vegan Egg, and tons of other vegan things too!! Will definitely be shopping here more often.
Meat sometimes isn't the freshest, but mostly enjoyed supporting local and very friendly staff. Have nice selection of soaps and other products. Not going back though since they chose to put Biker's against Bullying in front of there store. Like as if bikers are the best people to understand kids.
Picked up a couple new cheeses Red Fox & Urban Blue Cheese and a chef's salad for picnic lunch. All were outstandingly delicious. Items from here are several steps above ANY other grocery place and mostly locally sourced. Friendly, helpful and committed to their unique community.
I'm not from Bowness so this was a treat. Lots of items I haven't seen elsewhere. Pricey but its not your typical grocery store. On this experience, my 2yo daughter needed to use the restroom but the public one was out of order. Staff allowed us to use their staff one. Saved our day! Service was quick and friendly.
This place is truly a treat. They have a vast selection! If you are the budget shopper or the charcuterie connoisseur, this is a grocer worth checking out! Lots of organic options, local options, and hard-to-find items. Also featuring a new-and-improved vitamins and supplements section! Stop by for a visit. You'll never know what treats you'll find!
Good selection resonable prices. Fresh produce. Excellent meats. During our 14 day isolation they would shop for us and deliver the groceries for $15. Great deal for shut ins and those that do not have time.
I agree prices are higher than superstore and some other grocers, but definitely comparable to co-op prices. When it comes to specialty items like gluten free and organic, their prices are actually less than most places. The staff is super friendly and I've never gone there and not found what I was looking for. Amazing selection for a smaller independent store. Love this local shop.
It's a gem within the magnificent Bowness community. Outstanding selection of quality staples,amongst many high quality products that I haven't noticed at the larger grocer's. By the way the lunch was very good, take out I might ad. Thx Bownesian.
Excellent independent neighbourhood grocery store. They are extremely accommodating, offering to bring in things you can't find, or even in one case, offering to deliver an important item to a customer an hour out of town. They continue to evolve to meet the community's wide ranging wants and needs. We are fortunate to have this store in Bowness.
