The service from this location this too notch, and everyone is super nice and friendly. Unfortunately today, while I was trying to find boxes of strawberries that aren’t moulded or bruised, a middle aged male produce worker with glasses walked by behind me and whispered “there are all the same”. I found his comment very passive aggressive, and not very welcoming. I am sure he likes his strawberries bruised and moulded.

I have been ordering cakes from CO-OP for birthday celebrations for years but that will never be the case moving forward.nnYesterday was my son’s 4th birthday, and CO-OP didn’t make the cake. I had to be at the event venue in 30 minutes and planned to pick up the cake on the way, only to be told they never received the order.nnAs if organizing and planning an entire birthday wasn’t stressful enough, I was completely let down by this experience. The manager, the staff, and the entire system were not only flawed, but they also handled the situation with complete rudeness and offered no solution or even an apology for their mistake.nnApparently, after placing an order online, you are required to call in and confirm it with a staff member. This was news to me. When I spoke to a woman at the store, she snapped, “Well, did you receive a confirmation?!”nnI didn’t realize I had to do extra legwork for something that gave me a recorded confirmation message and an email even if it was from a “no-reply” address.nnLong story short:nThe system is flawed.nThe management and employees at that location were unprofessional and dismissive.nAnd people who work in public-facing roles yet refuse to take responsibility for human error should not be working with the public.nnI will never give this chain my business again and I’ll be sure to let my family and friends know as well.

This location has wipes available for the shopping carts which I commend them for. No one wants to even get the flu in the winter anymore. The store is smaller than some other ones but they have everything you need : a fish counter a deli counter, a few organicsa whole aisle of international foods. The washrooms are extremely clean and the casheirs are friendly. The only thing they could improve upon is their their fruit. What is the point to put fruit out everyday that is already mouldy? The mould can go onto the other fruit that is good and make that go bad too, google it!! I always have to go to a second store because of it . there is lots of parking and other businesses if you go in the daytime. Crowfoot COOP has a few more things like hutterite chicken and their meat and seafood sales counters are open longer. But this store is adequate for an average weekly shop. Oh.. and it is expensive but they give you points per dollars back now.

Very nice store in Hamptons area, Calgary.nStore is very neat and little pricey when compared to other grocery stores.nQuality comes with the price, produce is fresh and I love the bakery section. Everything is very well organized.

The staff is very nice, and the store is clean and tidy.
