Exceptional customer service! I needed blinds for my brand new home and the blind side made the process very easy. There are so many options to choose from & they are very knowledgeable about the product which helped to direct us on what would fit our needs as we had large windows & a sliding door so we would need window treatments that would come wide enough & also to accommodate room darkening in the bedrooms. The owner came out to take the measurements & was present for every step of the process to ensure that everything was done properly & efficiently. Installation seemed effortless, there was no mess left behind, & time was taken to explain how the blinds worked as well as how to care & clean them. Excellent quality, comes with lifetime warranty, & they look absolutely beautiful.

This place is nothing but a scam. He takes your money, gives you garbage blinds and then won't return your calls. Don't make the same mistake I made, go elsewhere! Now I'm stuck with defective garbage blinds and out $1000. All the 5 star reviews on here are fake, the legit ones are customers like me who got scammed.

Had about a dozen and half windows that need new blinds for my new house. Personally I am no someone that likes to buy from big shops as the quality of work isn't as good as you would expect. I looked around for some some small blind companies and came across theblindside. I was hesitant at first as being a big purchase I often tend to get really picky but happy to say I was blown away. After emailing theblindisde inquiring about blinds, I received a response the same day with a consultation appointment scheduled 2 days from my inquiry. I met an employee AJ from the blindside and he knew his stuff. Knowing nothing about blinds or home fashion, AJ was able to provide great suggestions and insights on what I was looking for that was affordable but of high quality and that matches my taste. Order took around a week and half to get the blinds, installation was free. They were kind enough to clean the empty boxes and any wrapping left over which most usually leave behind. One thing I liked the most was the free installation which big companies usually charge an arm and a leg for labour making the labour cost cost more then the blinds themselves. Pretty proud of my decision going with these guys, great service!

AJ helped pick out the perfect blinds according to our color scheme and desired vision. Blindside was the third company we had called in for a quote and was the only one who really helped with the design aspect and made us feel fully comfortable with our choice. Of everyone we had consulted with, AJ gave us the best price by far and the shortest wait time. Throughout the process he was extremely courteous and professional. We just got our custom blinds installed yesterday and are thrilled, as promised. Thank you for making such a daunting task such a breeze!

The quality of the blinds they installed is very good. It has been a few years and the blinds still look/work good. The price was fair as well. But the customer service was bad. The representative, who was also installing the blinds, installed them in the whole house except the front door, and said that he would be back in the next few days with the front door set. He never came back. I called and called and was very annoying I bet but he never answered my calls or replied to my text messages. A bit fraudulent but thanks for doing at least over half the work before ripping me off and disappearing : Makes me wonder what the people he rips off have in common as I'm not the only one he did this to.

This is the third time I have hired BlindSide to supply and install window coverings. I am happy to say that it has been another great experience. I am very no nonsense and the sales rep was quick and efficient in measuring and ordering. Reasonable pricing, great quality and very clean install. I would be happy to refer a friend.
