The day I went was packed and hot, but the guys did well, my shrimp sandwich was good! And the fries were on point, I would return and try something new. I wasn't a fan of there sauce? That's a sub for ranch, tasted like miracle whip mixed with something. Anyways loved everything else.

Again, absolutely the best food cart in Bend. Tonight I tried the Gyro. Very good considering I've never had one but I'll have one again. But I'll still swear the burger is absolutely the best in Bend! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST FOOD CART IN BEND!! Tonight was the Reuben and the Po Boy. All three sandwiches just flavor perfection!! Try them at Bevel Brewing AND On Tap!! The Burger of the Day..... This burger I had at Bevel Brewing is absolutely the top 3 burgers I've ever had! And ive had ALOT of burgers. Everything just comes together for a flavor bang! I'll be back time and again.

I’m sitting here now basking in the glow of a delicious Rueben Hoagie and Sweet Potato Fries. The bread on the sandwich was warm, soft, and delicious. The corned beef was amazing and the kraut warm and tasty. And the Sweet Potato Fries... the most perfectly cooked fries I’ve ever eaten!

I had the pleasure of trying the rueben, pblt, fries, and their garlic aioli. I'll start with the side, the fries were unique and well seasoned. They were really nice to snack on especially with a beer from on tap. They fit well with the aioli, it had a nice flavor. The meat in both the pblt and rueben were very good, it was NOT sliced lunch meat, it tasted fresh. The rye on the rueben was not marbled, the light rye was on the outside. This made the bread have a nice crust which wasn't as stiff or crunchy as others. I have one gripe, both the sandwiches were dry. I don't feel like it took too much away from their sandwiches though.

Outstanding! The PBLT is unique and incredibly delicious. Don't skip the pomme frites and "fancy ranch".

Delicious hot fries, great amount for the price. Ketchup on the side for vegan option. Hipster atmosphere at On Tap food truck lot. Good folk punk music.

Pork belly BLT is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Reuben has excellent corn beef. Truffle fries are great as well. On of my fav food carts!

The Reuben is unreal and so are their fries... So tasty. The staff is always friendly too.

I just had one of the best corned beef sandwiches I've ever had in my life they don't have a 6-page menu for whatever they make who's awesome they also have gluten-free and dairy-free items which is important to my girlfriend
