Stayed in the cottage one night.  It's nice and clean, fireplace, jacuzzi tub, wet bar, back patio, etc.  But the decor is from about 20 years ago.  That's the feel of all of bertram.  The breakfast buffet in paws was very underwhelming.  Tasted fine, just set up poorly with not much to choose from.

Staff provide good service they met the need of our group. The room was nice and clean and the food was wonderful as always. I'm looking forward to returning next September.

Stayed here for a wedding. Beautiful location! Loved the room, very clean and modern, all of the necessary amenities. Housekeeping was even kind enough to give us extra coffee packets when we asked. The pool is lovely, the bar is great and the staff are extraordinarily helpful and kind. Would 100% recommend.

The atmosphere and food was great. Try the room service sushi. It was surprisingly amazing.

lighting was weird and dark. Good people and good service. Uncomfortable beds but nice rooms. I would stay again.
