Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Eagle ridge. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience specially staff named Trisha. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best place to celebrate special occasions. Highly recommend!
An amazing place to visit, the atmosphere was pleasing and the staff was very welcoming. The only disappointing thing was that the jerk wings didn't feel authentic but they definitely did their best with their own twist. The brisket was exquisite, some of the best the I've had.
The tower of appetizers is our new favorite!!! I hope your crab meat dipping sauce for last year’s summer will be back in your menu. Awesome service as expected and as always. Trisha in the bowling area was very accommodating, hospitable and supportive when we surprised our friend for his birthday! Kudos to everyone!
Erica was very friendly, let us know about all the specials. I am gluten free, so she was amazing with letting me know which food was gluten friendly! Would definitely come back, Banquet in Fort McMurray is me and my boyfriend favourite spot because of the amazing food and amazing atmosphere:
I don't go out often, but decided to try out The Banquet. I was blown away by the look of the building inside and how hospitable the staff was. The manager was so kind and took great care of us during our stay, I think her name was Sarah! They were so busy which was refreshing to see especially with Covid hurting restaurants so much. I'll be back soon and leave some room after my meal to try the deep fried mars bar!
Food was great.....when we finally got it. With no cutlery. Sitting at the bar I've never been so ignored with 5 staff members hanging out at the end of the bar flirting with each other. Great place. Awesome food. Was really tasty. Service was horrible
Had our company’s Christmas party here and our server Kira was absolutely amazing. We had the greatest server, she even made sure our employees kids had an amazing nitrogen ice cream experience. We are so happy we choose to have it here.
The banquet is always great on the weekends we love to go bowling. We’ve had the pleasure of having Erica as our server twice this week and she is so wonderful. Go to the banquet and ask for her. You won’t be disappointed!
Had an amazing company Christmas party. Our host Kira made it kid friendly in way beyond our expectations. We had a great time bowing down stairs and a excellent meal waiting for us in a private room upstairs.
Great spot, Our server Erica was super friendly and left a lasting impression. And the prices are right. 5 Stars
