I keep coming back again and again. The stand are friendly and helpful. Quality and selection is excellent and reasonably priced. I will never get balloons at Party City or a Dollar store again!

Ordered via phone and the service was great! The lady even waited to us 5 mins pass their closing time just so we can have the balloons that day!

I called them with an inquiry about having my own balloons blown up , the lady said they don’t do that and was rude and hung up on me before I could ask if I could just have an arrangement made by them instead. I proceeded to call back twice and left a message and no one even bothered to get back to me. Horrible customer service .

Fantastic place for all sorts of special occasions,  A big shout out to the Lady who drove out to us to replace a balloon that broke and saved our surprise.  The service was fantastic and the options are to many to mention

always has what I’m looking for and never lets me down. The blond woman, with the British  accent, who works there was SO helpful! They have all my future business!

The owner of this store is so wonderful and accommodating. I send balloons to my mother in Edmonton from Australia through Delores. She always makes the most wonderful bouquets for my mom and delivers them to her. I have been using this shop for 20 years and I am always delighted!!
