ABC Weddings

ABC Weddings was wonderful to work with for my mom's wedding! The selection was great, we were able to find exactly what we wanted for an elegant intimate wedding at the Art Gallery. The quality and customer service and overall experience was fantastic! They were flexible with making changes, knowledgeable in making suggestions and everything was set up on time and with precision. We were so happy and highly recommend ABC Weddings!

ABC weddings messed up the backdrop for my friend's wedding. She paid for 20 feet and only got 16 feet. The lights were supposed to be white, and instead got blue and purple. And multiple chair covers had holes in them. She called them to at least come fix the lights, and they didn't do it. She then called after the wedding and they said she can have a $100 refund, which still hasn't happened after several weeks. Her husband has driven out there during their business hours and no one was even there to do it. He has also called 4-5 times in a day and no one answered his calls. Don't choose this company to do business with for your wedding. They are unprofessional and do not deliver what you pay for. There are much better ones out there. I would rate them a few negative stars if that was possible.

We used ABC weddings for our wedding this past August and they were great to work with! We ordered both a small black backdrop for our photo area and a white back drop for the head table. They both looked absolutely amazing, and added the final touch to the venue making it perfect. Bruce helped set us up with everything, and it was exactly what we ordered. ABC weddings was awesome, my husband and I would highly recommend them for any event!

I loved these guys. They were patient and understanding the several phone calls I made during my wedding when I was stressed out and panicking and I will be forever grateful for everything they did for me. The linens were just what I wanted and beautiful. Would have loved instructions for the backdrop but that's because I am a goof when assembling anything. I was so pleased to have ABC Weddings come to my rescue.

Terrible customer service-I had confirmed delivery instructions with Bruce before my wedding, but the day of, the driver delivered the chairs 1.5 hours before my rental time and refused to come back in an hour to drop off the chairs later, which caused me to lose my damage deposit because the chairs were delivered before my allotted rental time-slot. I have sent an email twice to Bruce but did not receive any response back. Future brides and grooms beware!!

Great customer service and easy to work with. We rented napkins, chair ties and vases for our wedding. Everything was clean and wrinkle free. Definitely recommend them!

Reasonably priced, helped us load and unload, and even find a way to squeeze everything into to small of a vehicle. Thanks guys our wedding venue looked great thanks to all of your stuff.

Would not recommend, we never ended up renting from this company because the person on the phone was very rude and the place looked old and dirty, this is just my experience. Customer service means a lot to me.

Absolute Trash!!! Don't go here! the owner or manager is a rude and has no idea what customer service is. Shame on them for using pictures that aren't theirs! Shame on you!

Check this place out! They have everything that exists for weddings & parties. Rental or purchase. A gem in edmonton.
