It reminds me of some of the really good breakfast places We used to go to when I was a kid. And you just know you're going to get a good, hardy, homestyle breakfast in a place like this.nnAnd that's exactly what we got. The omelette was full. And I mean FULL! Lots of meat, super filling and very tasty.nnThe skillet was amazing. So much so that I only got to eat half of mine because the other half got stolen by my mom It had so many great flavors and everything married together really well. And the cheese sauce… It was like a flavor bomb. I don't know how they made it that way but I want it on everything.nnNow, this is going to sound weird, and is in no way meant to take away from breakfast, but we also got soup complimentary, and it might have been the best thing. I definitely want to go back on a rainy day and just eat the soup. It was so darn good!nnSo if you're in the area, swing by downtown Cranbrook and get yourself a good old-fashioned breakfast and maybe a soup!
One of the best breakfast restaurants in town, known for their exquisite Eggs Benedict, which I dare say is the finest in East Kootenay. Their homemade Beef Dip Bun is not only delicious but also made with care. I highly recommend this place.
Their menu is so big that you'll for sure find what you want. The server lady was on top of topping off our coffees, and the Salmon Benny I ordered was so good! Was a great experience.
We had their special lamb shank with mash potatoes and vegetables, and apple struddel. The lamb was soft, mash potatoes very creamy and vegetables had the right consistency. Apple struddel was delicious and t had the right sweetness. Would highly recommend this place.
What a nice little local joint. The food was great, pricing was excellent, and service was quick. They were busy, but our breakfast came fast and just what we ordered.nnWhile we decided just to focus on our breakfast, the free bowl of soup offered with every meal is a nice touch!
