As first time buyers with a new child in a highly competitive market I've worked with a few realtors over the last three years. Greg was in another league altogether. Patient, extremely familiar with the market and full of exactly the kind of advice and guidance a first time buyer really needs, we couldn't have ended up in better hands. Greg's an easy guy to trust and it's not all talk, he kept in touch and helped us out with our place even after we'd moved in and the deal was long done. The only thing better than moving in to a new place for the right price and without any hassles is knowing knowing that the people who helped you genuinely had your interests in mind. We couldn't recommend a realtor with greater confidence than we do Greg.

Kevin provided outstanding customer service in helping me sell my home and purchase a new one. His expertise, knowledge, and dedication to the real estate industry provided invaluable information in helping me through the process. We first used The Axfords to sell our condo and purchase our first house. From the moment we decided to list with them, we were taken care of at a high professional standard. They were very experienced in the (crazy) real estate market in the Lower Mainland, which helped us ensure we were getting the best deal on both the buyer and seller's perspective. They are excellent to work with: very proactive on marketing initiatives in both printed and online material to ensure our real estate was effectively advertised. Every step of the process was clearly laid out and they were transparent about their strategies to help us find the right buyer. The process to buy our house was more complicated, but The Axfords helped us navigate each challenge and make sure that we found our perfect house to raise our young family. Not only was our new house exactly what we were looking for, it fit nicely in our budget too. There was no upselling to something we couldn't afford, and they were also very knowledgeable about potential problems that might arise with certain types of houses that we reviewed. More importantly, we could trust them; they always made sure we had all of the information we needed to make an educated decision. When it came time to sell our house, there was no doubt that we would use The Axfords again. We received the same high level of service that we had come to expect and we knew that if we ever had any questions or concerns during the process we could easily reach them even though we had moved to another province. Our home sold quickly and with no complications which we attribute to their hands-on approach during the process. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend The Axfords to anyone looking for a real estate agent. Not only are they great at what they do, they are also great to work with!

Gord really helped us sell our unit in record time so we could purchase the unit we really wanted. He went over and above to make both the sale and purchase happen and we are very grateful for all the extra effort. He even cut a family vacation short so we wouldn't miss out.
