Monet recently helped us sell our apartment in Port Moody August 2022. We had an offer over asking within a few days of the listing going up. As first time sellers, Monet personally walked us through the whole process and made us feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. She is highly communicative and responsive to us and the other parties, she is knowledgeable and experienced when questions pop up, and she is well connected and liked by everyone involved. We first met Monet 15 years ago when we bought our house in Heritage Woods. When the time came to sell, we remembered the great experience we’d had in 2007 and hired her again. Best decision ever! Monet is the true expert of real estate in Port Moody and the surrounding neighbourhoods. She’s thorough and great to work with. When selling our house, she kept us apprised every step of the way and was always available to answer our numerous questions. We appreciated her professionalism, deep knowledge of the area, honesty, and endless energy.
