Regus - British Columbia, Vancouver - Port Moody

Just had a meeting here. Amazing space with friendly admin and a nice buzz in the common area. The layout is insane and prices seem quite high for very small offices but generally a great way to start up or get your office out of the home. The elevators suck however - if you need to explain how to use something, it’s a failure.

On Friday I went on the Regus website for the Port Moody location. I completed their contact us form with my name, phone number and email. I wanted some information on pricing for office space in Port Moody. Within 48 hours I had received 14 phone calls (from international locations - not one of them from a local area code). And 6 emails from 6 different people - not one of them answered the pricing question. After the first 6 calls I asked them to stop calling or contacting me. But the calls and emails have continued. I've tried to 'unsubscribe' (I never subscribed - I asked for information on costs) but to continue to get emails. Any company that is so completely over the top in contacting me - not listening to me - and harassing me with a bombardment of calls and emails will NEVER get my business. My next stop will be to Canada's spam reporting center because these people should stopped. Unbelievable.

Great service and good environment. Everyone has been friendly, respectful and great to deal with. We moved in a month ago and it's been a great experience so far.
