Rented a car hauler from The Auto loft, Sandra was very professional and very detailed. She helped and adjusted the height and provided everything we needed to make our tow of race car safe and secure . I would highly recommend them for your all your trailer needs. Wow! That is all I can say about the staff and customer service offered by The Auto Loft. I sent an email looking for info and they replied personally with a phone call almost immediately. I was impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism but that was before I ordered anything. After my order they provided an installation date, and called ahead to confirm. Then they showed up on time and installed my new car lift expertly and quickly. My sales rep even dropped by to see how things were going and make sure I was happy!!! Are you kidding me??? I can't pay for service like this and it was all part of the original quote. I'm thinking of having The Auto Loft do my companies personnel training!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Sandra and Michael are two of the best people that I know they're very kind and considerate and with both of them being in the automotive industry for many years they know what it takes to treat their customers right and most importantly take care of their prized possessions. I've been doing business with the auto Loft for the past few years and prior knowing Sandra and Michael personally working on their vehicles when they had been in the racing scene. I've taken my Nissan Platinum Titan as well my new Nissan GT-R to the auto Loft where they had ceramic coated both of my vehicles and 3 m on one. Everything was done precisely just as we spoke about nothing less nothing more. And every business you're going to have people out there who have nothing better to do but sabotage web pages. Us who are true car enthusiast know what real scumbags are out there and to be taking care of by the auto Loft us a true sense of calming your nerves as there's no need to worry. Keep up the good work guys we know why your units are booked out to capacity every year. Need I say more. Period.

Sandra and Mike provide exceptional customer service for your car storage and other auto related needs. I have stored my vehicle with them for two winter seasons and also rented trailers to move vehicles. They have been extremely helpful and gone out of their way to assist me with the logistics of moving and building a vehicle, including taking the time to arrange a meeting with a custom paint shop to view my vehicle at the Auto Loft.

I found the Auto Loft to be the best place to store my Porsche and have it detailed. They provided me all the information I required and the quality of work and professionalism was fantastic. Would highly recommend them for storing your vehicle or having it detailed.
