Devron Developments

I purchased with the Vanguard. We are very excited to be moving into this building. The area looks great and Devron Developments have done an amazing job with the design. It is very modern, stylish and is designed to be environmentally friendly as well. The finishes and the options available in customizing our own unit are really great. There are so many choices to make our living area more comfortable and to meet our needs and wants! They were also very helpful in helping us to make our choices and were able to answer all of our questions! It is very evident that Devron Developments are stellar at what they do. They have designed a spectacular building and we cannot wait to move in.

I purchased at the vanguard for its clean aesthetic and high quality design. The environmental aspect of the green building was also a huge factor in this decision. I'm very happy to have purchased here and looking forward to living in this growing, vibrant community.

We purchased a condo with Vanguard last July, and we can't wait to move into our new place! The process of picking upgrades and features for our new home were made easily thanks to their staff at the Vanguard.

Very attentive and professional staff. Larissa and Rosa were extremely helpful and kind through every step of the way. I am also very impressed with the quality of the building and I am happy to be a client with Devron - the architecture, philosophy and finishes of The Vanguard are incomparable to other projects.

Looking forward to the actual finished product...building. From the first time that I saw the plans for this building , I knew that it was special. This will be a building that other condo development will strive to emulate. Lastly, the staff has been exceptional and very helpful along the way. Congratulations and looking forward to see what other projects you plan to build in the future.
