The weather this past week was pretty tough on our home as we had no access to hot water. I called reliance and was told I had to wait 2 days before someone can come out! This was very urgent as we have a big family with children in the house. I searched and came across Ontario Home Services. Rob and his team member came out and were able to diagnose the problem and provided a solution. It didn't cost much either. (Not too sure how these guys have this type of rating but doesn't make any sense to me) They didn't try selling anything to me either. Anyways, thank you for helping us out in this frigid weather! Thanks!

I don’t even want to give them a star, but I have to in order to comment. Ontario home services is SERIOUSLY the most SHADY, sick people who just take advantage of the elderly and immigrants. And when they reply to these negative comments I laugh because they are really full of it, unbelievably repeating their stupid response to every review....... disgusting. These fools would park their car so far away from the elderly people’s house that they were going to continue scamming and harassing, and was so disgustingly rude. When asked what his name was, he yelled back that they don’t need to know his name. They were so scared they threatened to call the police, that’s when the idiot ran to his car, parked so far away.....because he didn’t want anyone to take down his license plate...... does this sound like a real company? It is unreal how they are still doing what they’re doing. It’s disgusting, and they can be sure that if they contact or even trespass on this poor elderly couple, that the police will be involved......and please do not bother responding to this, I don’t want to hear from your disgusting shady illegal company. 💩💩💩💩💩

PLEASE ignore any previous negative reviews, if you have the tiniest bit of faith then don't lose it when dealing with this company and especially management. My family cannot be more grateful to them now, they listen and care about what the customer has to say. The customer service is phenomenal and honestly cannot say enough how wonderful they have been. When a company truly cares about their customers, they do what they can to make them happy and that is what Ontario Home Services did for my family. I made the mistake by judging them based off the reviews online and boy did I feel terrible, because not only was my situation handled but the was also follow up done after the fact. Once again, cannot say enough how extremely satisfied we are with the management at OHS for our resolution. Thank you again.

I got a new AC from OHS, the work was fast, efficient and equipment works great! Would definitely recommend their services to anyone in the Toronto area this summer! :) The person who did the installation was very friendly and polite. I would recommend OHS to my friends and family.

If stars could go into the negative this review would surely be there. The customer service is awful. It all started with some clown calling from the company saying the water heater we currently rent from Ontario Home Services is defective/recalled (every time I call I get a different eplanation) from what I can piece together the tank liner comes apart and then goes through the house clogging dishwashers washing machines etc. So the solution seems simple well put in a new hot water tank. But no they come and install this water filtration system before the tank allowing the debris from the tank to continue causing damage to my appliances. I call customer service and get told a manager will call me by days end. After 2 weeks I ha e yet to receive a call. I called 14 times today only to get told a manager will call me by end of business day. As I write this review we are past closing time and you will be shocked to learn no phone call. So what am i to do? I read all of the reviews here and the company responses all say to call the 1888 number. Only thing is that no one on the other line can do anything just empty promises of a call from the guy behind the curtain. I can't stress to the world enough how bad this company is. And it will be a mission of mi e moving forward to ensure no one I know uses them for anything
