Story

Meet Len Ashton:

Len Ashton is the ​O​wner and Managing Broker of over 100 agents at Sutton Group - 1st West Realty ​with ​branches in Coquitlam and Maple Ridge.

Len Ashton became licensed in Real Estate in 1983.​ In 1990 he bought the company, Sutton Group 1st West Realty. Taking ownership of the company allowed him​ pass on his expertise in the Real Estate Business to his sales force and mentor new agents to become successful in their new careers.

Since 1990 Len Ashton has experienced a wide range of market conditions. He has also seen the vast growth and investment value the Lower Mainland has experienced over these many decades. This knowledge has been passed on to his daughter, Meghan Ashton and ​his ​sales agents providing valuable insight when it comes to advising clients.


Meet Meghan Ashton:

Meghan started her real estate career in 2008 as the executive assistant to a top producing Realtor in the Tri-City area. Where she was able to acquire​​ the fundamental skills of Real Estate before completing her license with UBC Sauder School of Business in 2010.

Meghan has worked with ​Onni on their exclusive development in West Vancouver, The Evelyn. She also ​worked with Rent-It-Furnished dealing in luxury penthouse​s​ and high end rentals ​through out ​Vancouver​, with​ rents ​ranging ​from $5000 – $30,000 per month.

In 2013 Meghan was offered a Management position with Re/Max in London, England. She was recruited by the Director ​of Re/Max ​to transition the ​sales force and new ​office into a North American style ​​of doing business. With Re/Max Green Park, she also assisted in the private new release sales of London's newest Master plan community; Battersea Power Station.

The following year, Meghan was asked by the Chairman of Lurot Brand Estates to join Management for their branches in London’s most distinguished areas such as Chelsea, South Kensington and Hyde Park.

Lurot Brand Estates is a prestigious Estate Agency specializing in Victorian period Mews homes.

Meghan has watched and participated in the ​L​ocal and ​Overseas​ Real Estate markets and has considerable experience in helping clients buy or sell their homes.
