Never deal with these guys, especially Jamal Jamalov. He didn't show up for our move-out inspection, we've had to take the road to another province and he told us we would get our damage deposit in 15 days. It has been more than one month, and still no answer. Lots of unanswered messages and calls, this company is not professional at all, when acting in good faith you can get caught up with no answers.

I recently joined this brokerage, I would say one of the best brokerage I have ever worked for. They are all so helpful, especially Surp Rai, the managing broker, he is the most friendliest and helpful person I have ever met, he goes above and beyond for all his agents and is available to answer any questions or concerns within seconds. So happy I choose this brokerage
