One of the best bubble tea places in Vancouver! The Royal No. 9 Milk Tea is my go-to, and the pearls are not too sweet and not too bland. I would also say that their prices are on par with other bubble tea places. Hopefully they open up more locations in the future.

Great service. However not a lot of dairy free options. They should introduce oat milk in their series since right now they only have fresh milk or soy milk and I’m sensitive to both. So could only get their aurora drink

Love this place! The guy work there he was very friendly & check if my drink was hot enough. And offered to make new one. That was very nice of him. And drinks are amazing there!

Love their bubble tea. Price is a bit high but the taste and quality is worth it!

Ordered : Lime honey with Aloe The more I drink, the more chopped limes left I have to chew...... too bitter and tart when I chew..

Amazing tea place. It is very small so hard to notice. Loved the royal no.9 tea! Staff is friendly and price is reasonable. However, their menu is bit confusing as they do not mention ingredients so you have to ask the staff.

Cozy and cool little milk tea place..not noticeable..hard to order because menu doesn't say the ingredients. sizes depends on flavor..you can only get their best seller in regular size.. to go container is hard to carry..some selections are not available

I'm from Europe and we drink tea day and night over there. I just love this place.
