The ACT is the home for culture and live entertainment in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.

Story

We are a non-profit public resource serving the artistic and cultural needs of the diverse audiences in our community, operated by the Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows Arts Council.

We offer:

A 486 seat theatre
A 120 seat studio theatre
An art gallery
Arts programs and classes for all ages
Free public community events
Rental space for community events and private functions

Lovely theater. I couldn't believe how good the sets were. Great production value. They had a nice little art gallery upstairs. I will put the ACT theater on my radar to check for future shows
Went to see a concert put on by Fraser Valley wind ensemble, they were great and it was a memorial concert to celebrate the passing of the founder. The ACT arts centre decided to do renovations while the concert was on. Very disrespectful!!!!
We went to see a CCR tribute band “Bad Moon Riders “ at the Act. Parking was easy as it was underground and free as it was the weekend. The stairwell was close by and led us right up to the lobby. Great evening in the theatre. The seats were comfortable and the theatre allowed drinks inside.
Our band, Maple Ridge Concert Band, played on the front steps as there was a TV Show shoot happening on the bandstand.
