An accidental happening today and what a fabulous find! The 2 worst things about this place were too many wonderful choices and too far away from my house. The service was spectacular, friendly efficient and accommodating.  The food was beautifully presented and the taste  exquisite ! So worth the 2 and a half hour drive to go back! And then there are the desserts....

The BEST stop on the TransCanada!!! Hands down the best breakfast I've had in so long! The Super grill was SUPER scrumptious!!!

There is no better food within 100+ miles. I had an amazing Easter dinner at this small cozy restaurant with an astounding menu. The food is not only presented beautifully but prepared with amazing skill and creativity. The chef and I presume co-owner is friendly and both he and his wife took the time to chat with us and see how we enjoyed each of our courses. He made a mushroom soup that was to die for. I have been told by friends to visit this place, and am sorry it took me so long to finally go.  When I was there it was quiet, and I imagine that there might be a wait when they are very busy. This is a  jewel of a place in a small town in a very rural part of the world.

We are a foodie family from Toronto.  On the way to Nova Scotia we decided to get breakfast here.  The three most important things...the view is lovely...The service was perfect.  The food was excellent!  Try the Duck Confit Eggs Benny on croissant with fresh housemade beet ginger juice on the side.  Amazing!
We were so impressed that we decided to go for lunch on the way back to TO.  Lunch did not disappoint.  I recommend the Vegetarian Portobello Mushroom Burger. Just do it!  The chocolate cream brûlée for dessert with a fantastic cup of coffee was a very nice ending to our trip through Perth Andover.  I would recommend this restaurant to everyone meat eater to vegan and in between.
