Thai One On

Ordered delivery from here, when placing the order I told then I would be paying by debit. 1.5 hours later the driver shows up and says he doesn't have a machine. We didn't have cash and there is no bank nearby. We called the restaurant to explain the situation and they said they would call back. After no response from the restaurant, we broke into our son's piggy bank to pay for the food with a $50 bill. The amount was $35.43. we were already annoyed that a) we waited long for the food and b) the driver did not have a machine so we asked for exact change as we felt a tip was not deserved. The driver did not have exact change. Further annoyed we called the restaurant and the option they gave was to have the driver come back in 30-45 minutes with exact change. In my opinion, after making a mistake on their end, and to show good customer service, they should have offered to eat the cost of the food and give it to us free. Very disappointed as I was a regular customer with this company and will find a new thai restaurant to order from in the future.

Don’t take your phones to this restaurant they will steal your phone! I left my IPod there and I know I left it there and when I went to get it back they said there was nothing there and they were smirking, when we were leaving the manager was laughing. I recommend DON’T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!

Samosa? Really? Extremely overpriced ($2.95 for 2pcs) and worst taste. Better off go to Frederick's right across.
