I came here at night and even though they close at 9pm and we came in around 8:30pm, they still took our orders. We ate well into 9:20-9:30 and yet their customer service was still amazing and did not rush anyone that was still inside. We got water refills when our cups were empty which is always nice. The food taste and smell amazing and it was also very nicely presented. I got a curry with chicken (sorry, I don't remember what the exact name was) and a coconut rice to go with it. Price is a bit more expensive but that is to be expected with the great service and beautiful food presentation. I would definitely come here again next time in New West.

We had dinner at this restaurant on a Saturday evening. The last time I was here I remember it being pretty good and deserving of a 4 star rating. But when we went recently it was like it was a completely different restaurant. The place was half empty and yet it took them 45 minutes to cook food for a table of 5. And no other orders were put in around the same time as us. I ordered the pad Thai and it tasted like it had ketchup in it. It was absolutely the worst pad Thai I've ever had, worst than any food court pad Thai. Also, do not bother going here if you have children as it's not child friendly (no high chairs or boosters). The only redeeming thing was that the Thai Iced Tea I ordered was quite good.

Good food. Great ambiance. You won’t be disappointed. Satay was moist and not over cooked. Tofu Pad Thai was simple but a nice compliment to the Beef Red Curry with rice. Honey Pork from the grill menu was good but not a standout dish.

This place surprised me! It looked like simple but it's a cozy and comfortable, the food was Awsome! I really enjoyed Thailand food.

Tucked away in Sapperton, this gem of a restaurant is a place for flavourful, beautifully-presented Thai food and great ambience. The satay chicken skewers are a perennial favourite among my dinner companions. Speed of service has improved greatly, which used to be an issue. A brief 10 minute walk from Sapperton Station, Thai New West is ideal for those wishing to converse over dinner. For 2 people, I typically order 1 appetizer to share, 2 entrées, and 2 orders of coconut rice, which usually leaves about 1 small portion of food left to take home.
