Pita Pit

I normally would do 5 stars because pita Pit is fantastic, but this called for one. We came in to order pitas for dinner, and everything was fine until the employee working on them mixed up the small one and big one. The little one was already stuffed with ingredients when we pointed it out, and instead of scrapping it- like they’re supposed too, the employee stood there and fought with us about it. This is incredibly rude, and should not have happened. as some one who works in customer service this is very poor service. I will NOT be back to this location.

We ordered a catering platter for pick up at this location, and everything was great. The order was ready on time, and included our special dietary requests. The staff member who took the order was courteous and knowledgeable. Great experience.

Convenient location. Pita pit always provides a consistent and super delicious meal for a fair price.

The staff was polite. I had another customer asking silly questions from me and from the cashiers but they were very patient with him when he obviously wanted to just stand there eating the free chip samples. Patient and polite staff. Thanks for the good service.
