When me and my friend ordered food, we saw two cockroaches on the table. I don’t know if this is prevalent in other fast food places but this is so disgusting. Avoid
As I live close by this mall, I always come downstairs to order small chicken noodle soup add extra fish in Thai Express. This time I got a big bowl of “mini” chicken noodle. I asked the staff why they gave me too little noodle. She told me because I ordered the small one. P.S. I have ordered the same item for several times, this time is the smallest...I will not go this store anymore!!!
Hair in food, had diarrhea. Terrible
Its not real chicken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously. If you are concerned about what you eat. I use to buy from thai express but never tasted anything like this until today. See how the chicken looks like its fish layered horizontally. I think they mix fake chicken or is it fish with less pieces of white meat. And such a rip off. The flavour itself is not bad but people pay for the healthiness of it. You cant cheat people like this. No wonder people get sick. Im very disgusted and would not buy anything other than soup with Veges. Im very disappointed.

DISGUSTING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. UNSANITARY AND DISGUSTING. All of my food was contaminated and infested with INSECTS. I paid over $50 for four different meals, and all four of them were littered with dead fly's. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I attempted to contact this location, and no one bothered to answer the phone. There is no telephone number for head office either. Who takes responsibility for this? I WILL NEVER BE EATING FROM THAI EXPRESS AGAIN.
Not wheelchair friendly unfortunately can't reach majority of the space thus they either hand to lean way over to give you your order or you have to wait at the order section for them to pass it through to you, which though not a big issue when there are multiple customers in line they don't seem to care n will call your order out n regardless of you saying here n raising your hand they will ignore you until someone another customer is kind enough to point down at you to them = service fail on way to many levels.
I ordered chicken fried rice.. seems like they reduce the size of box and increase price.. few chicken and more rice..you used to have sauces, and lime outside on the bench ..they removed cuz of covid but they didnt provide any package sauce..
Worst food ever They don’t even accept the errors I ordered spicy and got sweet food. Very bad preparation
Order a pad Thai shrimp with extra beef and there is no beef to be found paid 6 dollars for nothing
