We currently reside in WI and were purchasing a property in IL. We were at a loss with what requirements and procedures were in IL when making a real estate purchase. I contacted Atty Bond via the "chat" feature available on their website and he called me the very next day. He was very reassuring that everything would be handled within deadlines and all would be well. He and his assistant, Lori, did not disappoint! Emails and phone calls were answered quickly and professionally. Very knowledgeable. They worked with the seller's attorney and the townhome association and brought the transaction to a successful close. I do not hesitate recommending Atty Bond and his staff and would absolutely use them again should the situation arise.

Does not support HB4113. Apparently equal parenting time and father's right do not fit within their agenda. It is a shame that the billable hour would over shadow common morality in this day and age.

Mr. Bond represented me as the seller of a home. He and his assistant proved to be highly knowledgeable and their follow-through was fantastic. My particular sale was a bit involved and there were many issues but they were able to resolve everything and communicated with the buyer's attorney to bring the transaction to a successful closing. Mr. Bond also handled some other legal issues for me separate from the house sale. These matters were also handled in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Mr. Bond and would definitely use this firm for any other legal matters.

I have worked with Ted Bond Jr. for over 20 years. He has always gone above and beyond his responsibilities as my personal attorney. His staff is always very supportive and helpful. I work in the mortgage business, which is one area of his expertise. I never hesitate to refer his name out to any of my clients that are in need of a solid real estate attorney. I consider him one of the best in the business... especially in our local Lake County, IL area. I can always trust that he will do a great job!
