My husband and I filed a 13 back in 2015, and just converted to a 7 about two months ago. There was a lot of back and forth between myself and the office (had issues with our creditors, had a lot of questions/issues with our situation) but Ken and the ladies that work there were always helpful and able to answer my questions. I was that pain in the butt client but they ALWAYS took the time to explain things to me and had our best interest in mind. Highly recommend!
