Hi, we are first time home owner and not aware of many real estate challenges and the property tax was one of the challenges. Once we started paying EMI, we felt the pain of higher Escrow and started thinking of reducing the impact. When we googled, we saw some recommendations and one was Appealing  process. Since we were totally new, we were hesitant to do this. But based further google, and the excellent review feedback of Lake Count Appeal team,  we thought of give a try. We were really impressed the simplicity of process and initial wetting process gave confident and openness on setting the expectations was excellent. We have just produced  few documents during initial submission, that's it and after that We got a mail notification on appealing and after few months got the verdict of the appeal. We were really surprised the way this team was handled my case and delivered the result. It was completely a peaceful and excellent win for us. Based on my experience with Lake County Appeal, I would definitely recommend this team for any of the neediest.

We tried to get our property taxes reduced to our purchase price but the assessor would only reduce it slightly so we decided to go ahead and hire  Lake County Appeals and we just got notice that Ron was able to get our taxes assessed based on our purchase price saving us thousands of dollars.  We highly recommend him.  He was extremely easy to work with and took our case at the last minute.  We are very grateful for his help and will definetly use him in the future.

I've used Lake County appeal now for numerous tax appeals. They've always done great work, and also told me upfront if they thought that my property was fairly assessed. I'd prefer to get that honest opinion upfront as opposed to being led down a path of expecting a tax reduction only to find that the Board denies the appeal. 

The rules are not as simple as they may seem - but they have taken the time to explain to me why they thought my appeal either had merit or did not.

I have used LCA for a few years now and they always deliver! My savings have increased year after year and I am in a well assessed neighborhood. Trust this company and they will deliver.
