The food was all hot and delicious.  The steaks cooked perfectly. The waitstaff was very friendly and did a great job. Very nice date night with my hubby.

Best steak we've ever had. We were very impressed because usually chain restaurants are basic and not worth giving a review. This chain is definitely worth going to.

Great time.  A little busy, but food was great, timely, and the servers were nice.  Manager came to us and gave us a coupon for our first visit with 20% off next visit, pretty nice.

Front of the house- 4/5
   The servers are pretty damn amazing... especially when you take in to account how piss-poorly the back of the house is run and the low quality of steaks that come out.

Back of the house- (-1)/5
   Every time, and I do mean every time, that my father and I have chosen to dine here the steaks have been wrong. The worst part is that it always happens in the same order.
    1st time the meals come to the table, steaks are undercooked by two counts (ordered mid-well, comes mid-rare) and temp. of steaks is closer to room temp. then right off the grill. So, we send them back.
    2nd time the meals come out, hot and fresh but again undercooked by two counts. 
   I don't ask for it back after the second time.

    Please don't reply with that your sorry to hear that we had yet another bad experience at your store and that you want know more about it to help fix the problem. Judging by other reviews and the many bad experiences we've personal had, you really don't care about the quality of the food you are putting out. 

To readers- 
   If you're looking for a place with a good atmosphere and are not having steak, then Texas Roadhouse is worth a try. If you looking for a good to great steak meal then I would recommend Outback steakhouse on the other side of I-95, in the ten years I've been living here and countless visits (father and I love steak) I've had one bad steak and not only did the fix the steak to perfection but also discounted the meal by 20%.

Yummy food! Attentive waiter (tall Steve w/ light colored eyes was awesome!!!) Kids loved it. We will be back. (Only complaint was the main meal took a loooong time to come out and meat tasted/had a texture like it had been sitting for a while. Appetizer came out fast and was hot, though.)
