We waited 20 minutes for a table. It was busy so that’s understandable. We waited 10 minutes for the server. We ordered right away. We are sitting there for over an hour. No one stopped by to ensure us our food was coming. I almost just paid for the drinks & left. The food finally came minus silverware & napkins. Don’t recommend.

My family, a party of 4, came in a tad before 4 pm. For most of our visit, we were the only customers in the whole restaurant. None the less, it still took almost 45 minutes between sitting down and receiving our food. That is truly unacceptable. My grandmother is a diabetic and needs to eat regularly to maintain a healthy blood sugar. Our server, while nice, never apologized for the wait. And what I found most gross was a dirty fork was left on our table by a previous guest. The person seating us did not remove it (in fact she barely sat us- she just threw the menus and flatware on the table and walked off) nor did our server. While the food was okay, it definitely was not well worth the negatives. I e-mailed the district manager about our experience and almost a month later she has not gotten back to me.

Fantastic! Everything was perfect from the hostess to the server to the food. They were busy but we were seated right away. Came in again and my experience was just like before. Prompt with good service and food. The head cook came out and asked everybody how the food was which shows the high quality of the staff here including the hostess and servers.

I grew up eating at Denny's, and after getting married and moving we didn't have one near us. That was until about a year ago. There was a new one built in New London and we have had some hit and misses but all in all has always been great. It doesn't hurt that Kevin, the general manager is fantastic. Whenever he is in the building everyone is on top of their game, he is always helping out the staff and greeting each and every customer. He makes sure to check in at every table and is just an all around pleasure. I honestly believe if it wasn't for him the one in New London would not have made it.

The food wasn't as good as I expected, it was kind of bland. I went there for breakfast with my kids. To me, they didn't give you enough food for the price. I do not think it's worth spending the money there for the plates offered. I FOUND A HAIR IN MY FOOD!!. My food had to be returned and remade, which made me mad because I was hungry and had to wait longer. The juice didn't have any ice in it. Either! So I had to send for ice. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN, EVER.
