Nice ambience with good decor. Service was attentive, but they struggled a little with finding an English-speaking server. Asking for an order of half a plate of chicken fried rice resulted in agreement, followed by a full plate of the same! Not appreciated, and sometimes you don't have the energy to enter into long winded dispute conversations. That apart, the food was okay. Nothing stood out as especially Peruvian. I might come back here if I was passing through New London.

This is bar none THE BEST Peruvian restaurant in CT. There isn't one dish that is not made to perfection. Food is freshly prepared, the contrast of flavors is beyond superb and the variety of dishes is quite diverse. Prices are more than fair, and most dinner dishes I have been able to share with 3 people and gotten a couple of appetizers. And the soups... MY FAVORITE! They have healed me many times when I've felt sick. Go visit this place. You won't regret it!

Good very close to authentic Peruvian. The specials are better than the menu items. There’s rotisserie chicken for those who want to keep it simple. Ma and Pa kinda place.

Best hidden secret in Connecticut! Try the stuffed yucca. We are never disappointed and the Peruvian fusion food is amazing. If you like to try new foods, this is the place to do it. We are never dissapointed and the atmosphere is friendly (family like).

Honestly i am peruvian, im a “Flight attendant” i go all over the world and try peruvian restaurants everywhere i go, and unfortunately i feel sad to say that i live here in Connecticut and this is the worst peruvian restaurant i have tried for the past 10 years... i try to give it a chance once every 3 months but always fails worst at its taste.. i am peruvian and my food doesnt taste or Look the way how it looks here, i feel sad to say this but im embarrassed to take my friends here or anybody for the first time because its a Shame for the peruvian cuisine on taste and presentation i dont have any problems with the stuff bur sadly the prices are pretty high for what they serve, i didnt want to make the review but the ñast few times have honestly disappointed my “ whole family “ its taste, good Luck! •if its your first time trying peruvian food and you think its great here, i cant wsit for you ti try a different restaurant and taste heaven in your mouth, best regards!🇵🇪
