Evenings/weekends often have a wait. I love their call ahead seating option to skip the line. Good rolls served before the meal. Delicious chili. I often come for the early dine deals, which offer great value. Atmosphere can be quite loud at times. The waitstaff and hostess' are respectful and typically upbeat.

We love the food here. Service is always good too. My only issue is how long you have to wait even with call ahead seating. Obviously the wait isn't going to keep me away!

So I'm going to give you five starts. It's valentine's day, it's busy but I am telling you that the customer service in this restaurant is hands down one of the best in Bismarck / Mandan area. The food.. you get to hand pic your steal at the door got the 24 oz, my husband got the 16 oz. The we're grilled perfectly, it was juice and didn't need steak sauce.. we had mash potatoes and they were amazing with butter cheese and bacon. The fries were fresh and perfectly salted. We also got the blooming onion, as well as fried pickles. Now the sauce was perfect with both the onion and fried pickles.. I want to send a big shout out to Alyssa for being the best host/server. Along with mikayla, thank you for the welcoming gift of fresh peanuts and checking on us. We really appreciate how thoughtful this restaurant is to its customers. We will be coming back as soon as possible. The Sneeds! 2018 Valentines day!

Finding the parking lot entrance can be tricky for first timers to this location. Otber than that, the service has always been good, as well as the food. Never been disappointed.

So to be fair it was a busy Saturday night and we waited for over a hour and were told that it would only be 30 -40 min. Twice we were told this. BUT our waitress "Tamika, the only darker skinned one as she put it" lol, was exceptional. she was up to date on how long we had to wait and was very courteous. wonderful personality every bit of a customer service professional. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we don't get out of town offen and people like Tamika make visiting Bismark a pleasure, even with the wait. A TUFF situation made Great by exceptional customer service.
