Poorest customer service ever... no training at all.. servers have no direction in job description. I had #319, the server was calling, t nigh teen. And the worst ever, my big Mac had no secret sauce! Another server is coming table to table asking, "is it you we owe 2 cookies to?" 2 Brown females in this box and she still couldn't get it right. I tell you we look nothing alike. 3rd server says he's gonna shut down the play area to double scrub, I hope so, it smells of feet BAD.

The management treats their employees terribly! I just watched a poor young woman get verbally lashed and physically pushed out of the way for taking a drink of water behind the counter. It was right after a lunch rush. Then I overheard this SAME manager sarcastically say "customers, you gotta love them." Get your priorities straight. The comment was far more offensive than the girl taking a drink in front of me, especially after she asked permission to do so. No wonder the turn over is so terrible, in such an environment. If you take care of your employees, your employees will take care of your customers.

Placed a 30$ order for my (native) family at this store, waited for 15-20 minutes as we watched numerous people who ordered behind us get their orders first. Only one of the staff members (the one who initially took our order, a nice black man) bothered to ask what we were waiting for. Told him we were still waiting for our order. He promptly went to check on it and didn't see it on their order screen. He printed off our reciept and and gathered our order that way. If I were to give 5 stars to anything here, it would be that man that took our order and gathered it HIMSELF after realizing we hadn't yet gotten our order. Playplace was also very dirty. Grease prints all over the tables and stools.

I drove 40 miles into town so my kids could enjoy the play land inside. They were very excited and I thought it would be a good way to reward them for all their hard work through out the week. First of all, my order was all screwed up but that didn't bother me just too bad, it was fixable. It was when an employee told us we had to leave because my kids didn't have socks on. I'm sorry, it's 90 degrees out and who wears socks with sandals! My kids were heartbroken and I had to listen to then cry and scream the whole way home. I was told well it's right here on the rules. Sorry, I have never been inside and was unaware of the "socks" rule. I will never ever go to another McDonald's ever again!!!
