Story

The Bistro 1100 defines the difference between eating and dining. Widely known for its regional Italian cuisine and modern dishes cooked over red oak on an open grill, the Bistro truly offers unique menu items that go beyond what others can only claim to provide.

Our goal is to provide each of our guests with warm, friendly hospitality and the finest food in the region.

Weekly Specials:

Fresh Seafood and Music every Thursday Night!
Friday Nights, we feature our St Louis Ribs.
Saturdays, we have our Lunch Special: 6oz Bistro Burger & fries with a 16 oz domestic tap beer for only $8.95.

Limited menu available in the lounge in between the main lunch and dinner times!

Good place if you're looking for a quasi-upscale restaurant. The prices are very, very high to point out they are one of the only places in town that accommodates this upscale crowd. The food is not necessarily as good as the price suggests, but it is definitely not bad food. I enjoy the food every time, but I can get the same steak or walleye somewhere else for half the price.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary and the hostess sat us at our table (dressed casually while others were wearing suits). Our waiter was nice but when I asked about the wine menu he didn't know what anything tasted like. My wine ended up being disgusting. When we were on our way out the hostess was on her cell phone and didn't even thank us for coming. I had to say that you for her to lift her head and acknowledge us. It sucked because my husband asked me to marry him at this place and we wanted it to be memorable. The dessert was good but the service wasn't great. I'd be willing to give it another try hoping to have better customer service next time.

Cannot beat the chocolate souffle!! Bistro is our go-to date night place to be. Fantastic all the way around.

Love this place, probably go about once a month. I've never had better crab cakes anywhere. I get them every single time. Creme brulee is wonderful as well. Their whole menu is fantastic. Make sure to check hours before visiting as they do close between lunch and dinner service.

Looked fantastic, but we were turned away at the door after we walked in and found a staff member drinking wine at the bar. She informed us that they were closing early and she was just waiting for the last table to leave. Understandable, but maybe lock the front door? Or not drink on the clock? Shame, it killed my desire to go back and the decor looked lovely.
