love our Teslas. Excited for the future of Tesla, FSD, and sustainable energy. The experience of buying the vehicle new was amazing. Buying used in 2019 was not ideal, but looks like things have improved since then.

Service center is always good. Fast, efficient, to the point. Always resolved my issues in a timely manner and provided a loaner where applicable. All the staff I've dealt with over the years has always been energetic and passionate about the product.

This place is getting very busy. Tesla definitely has to expand some place South of the Fraser with the amount of cars in the area increasing every day.

Had a wonderful experience with sales agent who gave precise and useful information. Test drove to UBC. Then he helped me to place an order without any pressure. Professional service with great follow ups.

The service department here is fabulous. Huge shoutout to Anthony for always being so helpful. The mobile service team also comes in very handy since they can work on your car anywhere. I haven't used the sales team here but they're always friendly whenever I come in.
