Excellent process and service thanks to product advisor John lau. I made a reservation on rav4 hybrid in September with product advisor John lau. He promised me that estimated delivery time would be before Christmas. Considering global supply chain issue and high demand for rav4 hybrid due to high gas prices, the waiting time is around 1 year up to 2 years from different dealers. However, my car arrived at the end of November, I have been driving it for two weeks. John lau got the job done as he promised the delivery time. I highly recommend him to be your vehicle advisor. And financial advisor Herman is very helpful on the car loan application, he made things easier for me. At last, the Toyota downtown is a new modern look and beautiful place compared to other dealers. Better call John lau if u need a rav4 hybrid now!
I am in my early 60s and have purchased many vehicles from a 5 series BMW to aToyota echo. I just took delivery of a beautiful 2022 Tacoma Pro The consultant Manish did an amazing job in showing me the entire vehicle and never pressured me during the purchasing process. The sales manager Andrew was fantastic fair, honest and straight forward. Through this entire journey I felt like I was being cared for by the steady and careful hands of the people at Jim Pattison.
Had a enjoyable process, ordering my 2022 Tundra Platinum with John’s excellent help. Great communication while we waited for the vehicle to be built. Assisted with my trade-in, which was a very fair price 10/10 for John and Downtown Toyota
Great customer service. I would like to thank Kayla i hope that I correctly remember the name of the great lady in the customer service reception. I took a used Toyota Sienna for safety check up before buying. She very nicely took care of all the details and has given me an excellent report. I would like to thank Raj in the sales team for the sincere excellent job he is doing. He is very persuasive. He convinced me to reserve the new Sienna Hybrid, though the waiting list might be as long as three years.
Absolute 5 star service! I came in to get a new key cut/programmed and was really impressed with the wonderful staff here at Jim Pattison Toyota! Kevin in parts was SO helpful and really went the extra mile to assist me, as well as Mike in service and Philip in the lot dept. I am truly appreciative and would not think twice in giving them a glowing recommendation. If you're on the fence about visiting this dealership; just do it. You'll be happy you did! Keep up the good work guys!
Initially 2 star review: I had a lovely sales person to chat with. He was super attentive and fast at answering questions / providing information. That's where the good service ended. I live out of town and have been searching for a particular make / model. The vehicle is sitting on their lot and, much to my dismay, the company policy is not to do any transactions to support a sale, including taking a deposit, unless a buyer is in person. Terrible in the world of technology that we live in where you can buy a vehicle, house, etc over the phone / internet. Customer oriented? I think not, sorry for me and the salesperson. Update Sep 30: Thanks to the dealer for responding to my review. I appreciate your offer to keep working together and update staff on retailing offerings. I am in the process of purchasing at another dealer but acknowledge the dealer's effort to make it right. Sounds like this place is a good one to do business with, sales are spot on - perhaps need more accurate support for sales, as they consulted management on the out of town piece prior to my notification the transaction wouldn't be possible, including deposit. Regardless, thanks for response and willingness to make it right - just too late.

John Lau did an awesome job with helping me find the right car. He was very responsive and helpful. From the test drive to putting on my reg plates the service was really smooth and easy. He even went out of his way to personally collect my winter tires so I didn’t have to wait for them to be delivered. The whole team were great. Highly recommend.
Alex, Herman and Tristan were all absolutely amazing in helping us purchase our car. They were all very transparent and open. We did not feel pressured in any way and the service was great! .
