Brought my car here after experiencing brake fade and generally squishy brakes. Technicians were quite friendly, knowledgeable, and were able to diagnose my problems.  Removing 2 stars due to the outrageous quote of nearly $1000 to replace rear brake pads and rotors on a Mazda3. I don't know where this number came from in all honesty, but the technician who cashed me out even seemed confused when he read the quote to me. At least he offered to do the replacement if I brought my own parts for a cheaper rate.  Regardless, the diagnosing work seemed well done, but I obviously did not go through with the repair with themService:&nbsp;Auto brake repair

I always receive excellent service at Carter Honda. The excellent staff are very motivated to make sure my Honda is throughly inspected and any issues found are promptly and professionally fixed while I wait at the Granville Island public market which is a very short walk from this service location and have breakfast and people watch. I am so glad I chose Carter Honda to service my new vehicle. This is the best service I have ever received compared to my experiences servicing my other vehicles over the years, both passenger and commercial at dealerships; BMW, Nissan, Jeep, Hyundai, Ford, Hino, Peterbilt and Freightliner. I highly recommend Carter Honda Service to all my Honda owning family and friends.

Great service as usual

I’ve used their services many times and have been generally happy. This time I scheduled a tier change — and after waiting two and a half hours they haven’t even started working on it. They didn’t inform me in advance that they are unavailable. I had to leave after 2.5 hours without the work done. Terrible service.
