My front bumper and headlight were scratched, the front bumper is separating from the quarter panel. After the service from the center, the crack can still be seen in the headlight, the front bumper is still separating from the quarter panel. I pointed out the issues when picking up, they said, the damages were not from the accident, therefore, it’s not covered initially.nnUpdates:nnThomas, who is very professional and polite, reviewed my case and concerns, immediately took the action and went above and beyond, corrected all the issues in professional manner!
