You can tell the shop runs with integrity, alongside the dealership. They took care of my needs quickly and efficiently. My one piece of advice is that they increase their security at the auto service shop. It didn’t feel very safe leaving my key on the floor of their shop and when I went to pick up my car from the service department, they didn’t ask for any piece of ID or confirmation before handing over my key. Still, I appreciate their service!
Fantastic Business! My 1st visit, I had been stranded with a car misfire and no one would help me. I called this location and they could get me in. The tow truck brought me to this friendly and professional service. I was treated with kindness and after a short stay, I was on my way. I was not taken advantage of and the bill was only for what had been fixed and nothing more. I was so impressed by that honesty, I have now booked my 2nd service with them for a tune up. Super clean and inviting while you wait. Complimentary beverages.nDefinitely recommend!
Hands down the best Auto Service shop I have ever been to. The staff were extremely nice and performed my service on time. Great prices and very trustworthy people. I will be taking all my auto service needs there going forward. I would highly recommend you go there.
Brought my car in to have my suspension changed. Although the service ended up taking a bit longer than quoted and had a slight issue with having to order a new part which they were sure to call me to let me know, the team at Roger's continued to honour the original quote and got the job done the next day.nnThanks again!
They are the best. I received the rust proof service. Their customer service is great and they really care about you and your car. The waiting area is professional. They already washed my car after finishing and put their own QR code in the back of air freshener.
