I recently visited Budds’ Collision Center for a small dent repair. While the initial job was well done, the experience was marred by poor communication. They identified another area that needed repair but sent emails to the wrong address. Instead of following up with a phone call when they didn’t get a response, they left me with a larger unrepaired damage than what was initially fixed.nnAdditionally, it was quite challenging to get a loaner vehicle of the same class as the one I dropped off for repairs. This added to the overall inconvenience.nnBudds’ Collision Center could benefit from improving their communication process and making it easier for clients to get equivalent loaner vehicles.
Had someone back into the door of the car. Budds' was great to deal with from start to finish, and took good care of the car while it was in the shop. I had read online that read was hard to match and have had issues with other body shops in the past. Overall, very pleased with the work, and would reach out to Wesley for any additional work in the future.
I came in for a collision repair after someone backed into my car. I heard good things about Budds collision but im always sceptical with someone working on my car. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I spoke with Liana and she was very quick and helpful with explaining what will be done in great detail and over delivered on the timeline. I was worried with the colour of my car not being able to be matched 100% but once i saw the car i was shocked. It was as if it came out of the factory. Panel gaps were perfect. Paint matched exactly. No difference in finish. I am truly surprised how good of a job they done. I will 100000% recommend any body work and repairs to be done through them and you wont be disappointed. Thank you Liana and staff for being so kind and professional. And thank you to the technicians for their amazing skill.
Budd's did a terrific job repairing my wife's car - bit of a technical challenge as well as an administrative one as the work was covered by Budd's warranty on exterior damage. It could not have gone more smoothly on both scores! No trace of the damaged, car is like new. Highly recommending this team!
I took my car here after it was broken into and had some damage to the exterior broken windows, dented side rail, etc. All of the work done on the physical aspects of my car was done correctly windows & dent in the side rail, but the wrap replacement was done poorly didn’t wrap the bottom of my mirror/only wrapped half my side rail instead of doing it in one piece and the car was turned back with dirty finger prints all over the interior with broken glass still on my seats/in my centre console. There was also a small chip on the top of my screen that seems to have come from something being dropped on it.nnUpdate:nAlfie the manager reached out to rectify the issues. In the end, they still didn’t rectify everything, didn’t give me a Tesla Model 3 rental like they said they would for the duration of the repairs, and went back on a bunch of things they initially agreed to fix.nnNever in my life have I encountered such awful communication in a professional environment. No one at this shop talks to eachother, no one seems to know what’s actually going on, and to let me pick up my car the first time with literal human blood still in it from the accident after charging my insurance for “detailing” is beyond negligent.nnI’ve attached their second attempt to wrap my mirror - which they’ve claimed matches the drivers side exactly which has no exposed chrome and that they’re sorry I’m unhappy with it.nnI have no idea how this shop has any positive reviews at all, and I wouldn’t bring my car here again if it was in an accident right beside it.
