I was very impressed.John Cymbalisty was my salesperson.He was fantastic.He took the time to tell me all about my vehicle.I know i could go back anytime and he would be there to answer any of my questions.All i can say is you had better hang onto him.He certainly knows how to treat a customer..

I began coming to Royal Ford for service on my 2007 Escape four years ago, and recently traded that vehicle in to purchase my very first new vehicle. The entire staff has been patient and helpful, even offering to assist me after the fact with navigating those features which my previous vehicle didn’t have. Royal Ford made this purchase a great experience!

My experience with Terry Ortynsky's Royal Ford was a seamless one. My vehicle was ordered and delivered to the dealership in a timely manner. I was notified as soon as it landed on the compound. Pre-delivery inspection was done by the service department and some blemishes were found in the paint. They highlighted the problems prior to me getting there and also got Ford warranty approval to get the problems fixed. The way it was done and presented to me leave me with no option but to just accept the vehicle and make arrangement to get it back for the repainting of the vehicle. My sales person was even concern that I wouldn't take the vehicle but the way they dealt with the issue allowed me to be confortable taking home the vehicle. I would recommend my friends and associate's to get their next vehicle at Terry Ortynsky Royal Ford and from Bill Kramer.
