First, he comes to understand what motivates their buying decision - what are they after and why? Next, with his understanding of the inventory, he is able to locate the best possible match between the customer's desires and our offering. Then Terry works with the customer so he or she can better understand the decision they are making. Finally, if the person buys a vehicle, Terry makes it easy for him or her to go through the paperwork. (All of this is done without pressure, maneuvering the customer, or any other manipulative sales techniques). Fairness, truth, and total professionalism are values that tare united with friendship.
