Terrawoods Resort on Muskoka Shores

Great place to stay - lots of activities - biking, running, swimming, participate in triathlons... never a dull moment there. If you want an active summer, stay in Terrawoods!!

Again and again! We will always come back to this place. Been coming for years! This place is a home away from home. Love the people, love the accommodations, love the beach and all the fun that is to be had at this place! I am just so happy that my kids have this place! Thank you Terrawoods! Thank you Janice and Jamie! They will help you out if you need something, they are so kind and respectful! Truly a great place!

booked this for a 3 night weekend and enjoyed it very much. Kayaks, Canoes, Volleyball, etc were available. Clean sandy beach with very clean lake water. Jamie and Janice were very accommodating during our stay. Definitely would book a return trip in the future.

Excellent family vacation. Owners on site and very accommodating and helpful. Our fam rebooks same week every year. Beautiful spot.

We stayed at the beach side suite we were upgraded from our original booking due to the cold weather and being pregnant they weren't sure if the unit would continue to have cold water. Which was very nice of them seeing as it is their biggest unit with 4 bedrooms. The couple running the resort were extremely friendly people we felt very welcomed. Although we were upgraded the unit itself was under the unit that were I guess living in making it feel more like we were staying in our parents basement. As well it was very noisy from them walking around as well they had guests over. This just made the experience not so nice since it no longer felt like we got away and it was private. We would go back but not in that suite to give it one more try.
