Terrasse Lafayette

Good ambience, nice decor, beautiful terrasse in the summer!!! Generous portions of fresh food, (almost enough to share!) Friendly service too!! A little bit pricey...

This place is clean . they offer the best honey chicken in the city. They just need to work up on the waiting time to get the dishes ready.in overall they offer a super great service

The best part of this resto is that it has a nice terrace on a quiet street & and it's BYOB... Food is a bit heavy, although satisfying. Really, is the ambiance on the street that makes this a treat.

Service was weak and the place was almost empty. The calamari entré was slightly overcooked and a little greaser then expected. The bacon pizza had a nice amount of bacon but a lack of sauce, I like my pizza juicy not dry. The chicken pita was nice and juicy and tender as was the pork pita. The chicken brochette was slightly overcooked and dry. 2 complaints. The Greek salad side dish was a good size and minimally dressed but only 1 small piece of tomatoe, ouch... The main dishes of chicken brochette, chicken and pork pita were supposed to be accompanied by vegetables but we received a clump of seriously overcooked almost mushy carrots speckled with a few tiny broccoli flowers. The few roasted potatoes on the dish were decent. Overall this resto is overpriced but it's saving grace may well be the byob..

Quaint but quite cute as a terrasse in the Mile End. It's a BYOW place so that's perfect if you don't want to overpay on alcohol. I tried the Pikilia, a great Greek mezze that consists of taramasalata, greek feta, tzatziki, kopanisti, tomatos, and cucumbers, served with greek pita bread...OMG...it was enough for two and it was amazing!...but I'm planning to go back to try the rest of the menu. The servings looked quite generous. Every time I pass by on the weekends it looks full...so I'm sure the rest of the menu doesn't disappoint. The service was also very nice and friendly :)
