En salle comme en terrasse, Leméac offre toujours la même cuisine simple et gourmande qui a fait sa réputation depuis son ouverture en 2001. Dans un décor raffiné et une ambiance décontractée, Leméac propose les incontournables des grands bistros. Leméac mise également sur une carte des vins recherchée, une sélection de fromages québécois ainsi qu'un choix de desserts faits « maison ».

Since 2001, you can enjoy at Leméac a taste of classic French cuisine. Our bistrot specializes in traditional fare like steak frites, short rib, home-style blood pudding and cabillaud. The menu also offers an elaborate wine list, a selection of Quebec cheeses and a variety of homemade desserts.

Lovely lunch at Leméac! The classic salad was crisp and refreshing, the asparagus perfectly cooked, and the salmon tartare was fresh and delicious. The pasta was rich and satisfying, paired beautifully with a smooth latte. Ended on a sweet note with a delicate macaron. Timeless French bistro charm and excellent service—Montreal at its best!
Such a lovely spot! The food was delicious, the heated terrace so cozy, the menu strikes a perfect balance, refined, and full of dishes that let quality ingredients shine. Big thanks to our sweet server who brought a blanket when he saw I was cold, very thoughtful !
Decent food overall.nnHanger steak was quite disappointing.nDuck confit was a bit above average.nWild mushroom risotto was okay.nCod was good sized and tasty.
Leméac never disappoints. I’ve been coming here for brunch for years, and the food is always impeccable. This time, I had the poached eggs with smoked salmon and Spanish caviar on blinis — a timeless classic that’s always delicious. They also serve fresh, hot, crispy baguette with homemade jams, which perfectly rounds out the experience.nnMake sure to book ahead as it does get quite busy.
Great food and drink. The duck breast was amazing! And the steaks were great. We had beef tartare to start and it was also great. Didn't come with enough crackers and the children are several helpings of bread.
