Terra Losa Animal Clinic

I brought my Chihuahua Charlee in, after getting an outrageous quote for dental Care at another clinic. They informed me the quote was to much for the work he needed. Dr Allam was very honest and assertive to my dogs needs. He made sure to answer all my questions and was very reassuring. The girl working the front desk was also very welcoming and loving towards my dog ! I truly felt like they treated my dog like their own, and that is the best feeling when your pet is your family, and not just a pet! Thank you to everyone at Terra losa animal clinic!

Been going to Terra Losa vet clinic for nearly 30 years. We have had cats, rabbits and dogs. Always been satisfied with the care and attention we received. Even with the recent staff changes we are still satisfied with the care we get for our dog. The staff is personable and professional.

I was referred to Terra Losa for my dogs dental from the affiliate clinic when they’re dental machine was having issues. Because I had travelled 5 hours from out of town they were very accommodating and I was happy my dog was able to have his dental cleaning done. Dr.Allam is the kindest and most thorough vet I’ve seen. He explained every line of my dogs bloodwork to me in detail which I really appreciated. Having a senior dog I worried about his overall health and risks of him having anesthesia. I had a lot of fear and anxiety when I dropped him off never having been to the clinic before but when I returned I was so happy with the level of care he received. Charlie is a delicate soul and they took such great care of him and I truly appreciate it. I will definitely book my future appointments here.

This office really came through for our family when we had a pet emergency. They helped us book surgery with partner pet hospitals also. Then sadly when we needed to put our pet down at the Terra Losa office the staff were very considerate to us. We are also pleased with our regular checkups for our other pets. I recommend them . I have experienced great care from the staff when it comes to my 3 year old dog. We are always greeted warmly & with a smile. They engage in conversation & answer questions I may have. They are very accommodating when it comes to booking appointments according to my routine. My neighbours told me about them & I would recommend them to others.

We have been coming to this clinic for 14yrs and have always found the service to be great. Dr Smith has taken care of our babies from Kittens to seniors. Recently we brought our senior guy in for a check up, and had the pleasure of meeting Dr Allam he is great, a very knowledgeable and compassionate vet. We would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!!

I've been bringing my kitties here for 4.5 years and have always left pleased with the service. They've recommended products but mentioned they weren't necessary and were understanding when i said i was a broke student and couldn't exactly afford it and didn't try to push the products. Dr. Allam was very kind and gentle with my girl today and she was relatively calm for the entire visit. He was helpful and answered all of my questions and took the time to assure me that i have no need to be concerned about her reason for needing to be seen and that she'll be ok. They also have 2 very sweet and fluffy kitties around in the lobby who just hang out and they're very affectionate if you pet them.

Unfortunately the circumstances that led me here were not the best, however I am so thankful for the wonderful staff at Terra Loss animal clinic. Dr Allam is wonderful, you can tell he genuinely cares about you and your animals. That’s something very important to me, my dogs are my world. I’m so thankful they’re there and I will continue bringing my pets here and will recommend them to any one with pets!

Having just moved from Ontario and being without employment I was scared I would not be able to provide my dog Rosco with the services and medicines he need, but Dr. Allam and his staff not only made us feel welcome in our new city but also ensured that Rosco would have everything he needs. They gave us peace of mind and were cpmpletely honest and upfront about the medications Rosco needs, something his vet in Ontario did not do. 10/10 amazing experience and 100/10 amazing people. I HIGHLY recommend their services! ON TOP of their amazing friendly not to mention spotless atmosphere, Dr. Allam was nice enough to offer to call me in the event his staff has an opening, I could not be more thrilled with this vet.

Dr Ossama Allam is a kind and knowledgeable Veterinarian who was very gentle and caring with my kitten during my recent visit. He was very friendly and took the time to explain everything in simple and clear language in order to make sure that I knew and understood everything I needed to. The clinic is clean with lots of parking and convenient hours The staff is very friendly and helpful.
