Terra Losa Animal Clinic

I wouldn’t recommend this animal clinic to anyone. The prices are reasonable and okay, but they don’t take good care of pets. Got my cat spayed here only to find various lined cuts in her skin, showing they shaved her belly too harshly and deeply and left marks. Not only that, but one of her nipples was also cut. I can see they were careless shaving my cat and unnecessarily injured her. I’ve got my other pets spayed and this has never happened before, I’m incredibly disappointed in this place. I’m going to a different vet from now on where they can actually can take care of a pet.

Brought my cat here for an emergency, easy appointment, great receptionist, awesome doctor. Very caring place for our feline! Highly recommend!

I bought two bags of Purina cat food hat presumably, was from a bad batch. The receptionist was incredibly patient in solving the issue, she really showed how much the clinic cares about their clients by going above and beyond (although some staff members had the opposite attitude).

Very nice. I found the remains of a cat in our neighborhood and they offered to help check for microchip. Unfortunately none found so they offered to dispose of remains and at no gain to them. Not too many businesses willing to help out for free anymore. Thanks!!

Definitely would not recommend this clinic to choose from the list provided by Humane Society for free of charge just adopted pet health check-up. They will find a lot of tricks and excuses not to provide free service that they suppose to. Personally I left this vet clinic with hard feeling that me and my pet are not welcomed there. The girl at the reception desk seems have no idea about customer service at all: no "hi" nor "bye". I think people who manage this vet clinic need to change their attitude. Not only money rules this world.
