I really liked this place and the Teriyaki experience was amazing The freshness of veggies, the flavours and service was too good.. If you are nearby, I highly recommend this place! I created my bowl with chicken as my protein and veggies as the base I also liked their noodles so if you don't mind the calories - try them add 3 choices of veggies and then the sauce!! I loved the hot and spicy sauce more than the Teriyaki one The 2 chicken dumpings were delicious The place is neat, well lit and has ample place to sit and dine! Definitely going back for lunch someday!
It has now happened twice, where we arrived at 7:30-735pm ish and the door was locked even with the open sign on. I was told the kitchen closed early after I came in when customers exited, but after the door being locked early a second time we’ll before 25mins to close it looks like a pattern. If the door is locked by 7:30pm, change the hours signage and online and make sure the open sign is off. If the workers are trying to get a head start on cleaning to get out earlier or by 8pm, they should put a sign that no orders will be taken past 7:45 and turn off the open sign when they stop taking orders. It’s just about being respectful to people’s time by being clear with how they operate.
I asked for double chicken and was given a single portion. After asking how many Oz of chicken I get for regular I was given the Reply of "its already portioned I don't know how much it is" I saw the person use his tongs to pick up the unportioned chicken. Not a great experience with a lot of attitude.
Amazing Japanese food. I've been to many upscale Japanese restaurants that charge twice the amount for the same food. I can confidently say that Teriyaki has better food at more reasonable prices. The food here is delicious, healthy, and the facility is very welcoming. I will certainly return when I am in the area.

The taste is good, it’s fast and the price is fair. I would recommend.
Food was mediocre. Kitchen area looked a little dirty. One of the staff seemed a little to eager to close and was doing the bare minimum.
Went in for takeout at 6:45pm and I was told by the staff that the kitchen was closed already, while they were serving a guest ahead of me. If you're open until 7 you should be serving until 7. Terrible service.
Over 30 mi s to prepare 4 dumplings. Went to do food shopping and came back and they had not started. the restaurant was empty when i came in and i was first on the list. what a disaster.
This is the worst location I have ever been to. I went there myself yesterday just to see if the rumors are true about portions, and let me tell you that they are. Not only has this location chosen to use cheaper/less ingredients, it has also gone against japenese tradition by sacrificing quality. The chicken and veg was not fresh and there was not enough of it. If you are going to use a different container, atleast fill it up all the way. Save yourself the disappointment and go to the burloak location.
