Horrible!! I had placed a 500$ dollar deposit on a ring. It took me a bit to get the rest of the money for it and they sold the ring which I was not happy about but understood because of the time I took. Advised me that I had a 500 credit to use on anything in the store which I was going to use toward a new ring at this store still but they didn't have anything like the one I had originally picked. When I decided to get some other xmas gifts with the 500 the manager then told me that I would have to spend another 500$ on top of the 500$ credit for me to receive my credit towards that item. Pretty much saying he's not giving me my 500 unless I spend more money there. This was after he told me I had a credit and never told me any of this at the time I went to go pay for the rest of the ring. Makes up rules as he goes, he wasn't seeing any more money and I was getting things for my 500 so he decided to screw me. Small claims will be dealing with this horrible business. Even the sales lady felt bad for me and did not want to come out and tell me what the manager was telling her behind closed doors!! Great xmas spirit as the guy was not bothered at all screwing someone over for Christmas!! Go anywhere else PLEASE

Horrible place! Very cheap jewelry my husband bought an engagement ring for me and I have to take it in less then 6 months each time because the diamonds keep falling out. They do nothing about exchanging the ring just keep replacing diamonds and giving me back their garbage. Wouldn't recommend this place or their jewelry. Their staff is very rude as well.

Over priced and employees will deceive for a buck. I was looking for a ruby ring and they sold me a red zirconia instead. They told me that I was wrong and I should of known that a 90$ ring could not possibly be a ruby... but yet I specifically asked for a ruby and thats what they sold me. I bought it a long time ago, and disposed the receipt a long time ago. So I definitely not recommend going to this place if you want your moneys worth.
